Submit a quote request with your organization, service area, delivery volume, service category (prescription, equipment, supply, retrieval, or route support), route needs, and preferred schedule.

MedLift reviews the requested service category, locations, frequency, handling requirements, signature requirements, documentation needs, and service expectations.

For approved engagements, MedLift and the business partner agree on service terms, scheduling procedures, contacts, documentation standards, and pricing.

MedLift receives the authorized delivery assignment, records the pickup, secures the approved item or pharmacy-prepared prescription for transport, and follows the agreed delivery instructions.

At delivery, MedLift completes an in-person handoff and obtains the required recipient or authorized-representative signature.

MedLift does not leave deliveries unattended.

Delivery exceptions are reported according to the client agreement.

Approved partners can use MedLift for individual deliveries, recurring pharmacy or equipment routes, retrievals, overflow coverage, backup delivery support, or other agreed logistics services.
